Switch to a new forum software

If you hadn't noticed: we had a massive spam issue in the forum. Additionally, it was kind of hard to follow a conversation. There was also an issue for users from gnuaccounting.de (not gnuaccounting.org).

We therefore switched to a completely new forum software.

I might still tweak a bit on the layout but please already feel free to check out, register and ask questions.

At least due to the new RSS feed I can see when there is a question I might be able to answer :-)
